Initially, Rita invited her son to invest with her in the first franchise location of Scooter’s Coffee as a temporary partnership. More than 10 years later, the pair are still working together and now successfully run 15 Scooter’s Coffee restaurants around Nebraska. The unique opportunity to work together day-in and day-out has brought them closer than ever.
