Tim Wants to Talk Public Stadium Funding

I usually give my WSC co-hosts the opportunity to discuss whatever topic they wish to discuss.  Tim wants to talk about the uniquely American tradition of publicily funding stadiums and arenas - a particularly touchy subject for me at the moment, as this applies very acutely to my favorite team.
