Ron and his brother Bill, Chairman of TTI, team up in the sharing of their recent and exciting research findings entrepreneurship.  They discuss how they have been able to identify latent entrepreneurs withing organizations and how entrepreneurs are somewhat different from the average employee.

Sighting that 42 percent of entrepreneurs interviewed knew they wanted to own their own business at age 12 or before, they go on to identify 2 distinctly different entrepreneurial types: SEs and EMPs.
