About Guest: Vinicius is an Agronomist. He attended The Federal University of Alagoas, Brazil, earned a Masters in Science in Environmental Resources Management at Salford University, UK, and a PhD in Socio-economic Development in Paris, France, focusing on Sustainable Development Strategies. Formally he was the Director of SEBRAE.  Currently, as Manager for International Relations at the national headquarters, in Brasilia, Brazil, he is responsible for international cooperation programs. Vinicius has written technical and scientific articles and books and has lectured at several universities and technical organizations in Brazil and abroad. He has extensive travel experience. Living abroad for almost 8 years in countries such as France, the U.S, the UK and India. A great believer and activist for international technical co-operation between small business development and institutions.
