“If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpations; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”     George Washington

Our Constitution wisely provided us the means to change our Constitution anytime we please via the admittedly arduous Amendment Process.  Unfortunately for some our amendment process designed to reveal the true intention(s) of a proposed amendment.

Starting around one hundred years ago people such as Woodrow Wilson and Theodore Roosevelt decided they could stealthy usurp not only our Constitution but the Three Separate Branches of Government as well. For the sake of argument we’ll assume they had our best interests in mind and heart.

The first order of business was to begin constructing a federal bureaucracy whereby the agencies would have the three branches of government under one roof.   In other words Dr. Frankenstein has succeeded in his experiment but he created a monster.

I look at this and reflect upon the above quote by George Washington and am reminded that it matters not what their intentions are however benevolent - it still equals usurpation of the Constitution.

Our monster is the federal agencies having all three branches of government under one roof and being turned loose on “We the People”. If you’re like me having been born seeing the agencies operate in this manner it was just how things are done.  I contend and I think you will see this is Tyranny plain and simple and it needs to be changed now.
