Michael A. Stevens, Sr. is a man of God who passionately pursues the promises of the Father in Heaven concerning life, success, and faithfulness. It was in 1994 that he founded the University City Church of God in Christ, formerly Full Gospel Fellowship. Beginning with only 2 members, this life changing and impacting ministry now has 1,000 members in over 13 years of ministry. He is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University (1992) where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Political Studies. He received his Masters in Divinity at Oral Roberts University with plans to complete his Doctorate of Divinity in the near future. He is noted for his dynamic leadership and service at local, state, and national levels. Pastor Stevens is an ordained elder and superintendent in the Church of God in Christ, Inc., and serves as conference coordinator for the 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of North Carolina.
