Many of us look at the comfort zone as deciding not to do something physical (and that can play into moving us), but the real focus is on our mental/emotional comfort zones...the one, which can keep us locked in patterns that frustrate us and make us feel nothing will ever change.
This comfort zone can keep us from living a full expression of the life we say we want to live, because we're kept unconsciously tied to old beliefs, which do not serve us in creating the exciting adventures we want to embark on!
