We're very privileged to have our good friend Ron aka Gulfdogs with us this week, talking about various aspects of natural health remedies, including some he has used to improve his own health. Given the fact that he has often picked on the poor OLD guy Joshua for his music selections, we may even turn the tables and play some of Ron's music.
