Ambassador Neil Parsan, Executive Secretariat for Integral Development to the Organization of American States. His Excellency Dr. Neil Parsan assumed the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America, non-resident Ambassador to the United Mexican States, and Permanent Representative of Trinidad and Tobago to the Organization of American States (OAS) on February 7, 2011.  Today as the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development to the Organization of American States, Ambassador Parsan is responsible for supporting, facilitating, and fostering integral development in the member states in coordination with measures to strengthen democracy, multidimensional security, and the promotion of human rights.
