Shriekfest Radio! Denise Gossett interviews Director/Producer Gregory Mazzola!

Greg Mazzola was born and raised in Long Island, NY.  He attended business school at Belmont Abbey in North Carolina where he received is BA in business management.  After realizing this didn’t fulfill his life, he promptly moved to LA and and began working in the industry as a Production Assistant.  Eventually, Greg realized producing his own films was the itch he had been looking to scratch. He Line Produced his first film in 2014 which started a snowball effect.  Since then, he has produced 10 short films, and directed 5, as well as Line Produced 6 hit “True-Crime” television shows on ID-Discovery channel and Lifetime Movie Network.  He has also recently produced a FedEx-Nascar ad for Joe Gibbs Racing, as well as developed a sizzle reel for LMN that went on to gain a full 8 episode scripted-limited series called “Crazy Love.”

In just 6 years, Greg  went for Production Assistant to Showrunner, and is currently working for himself on 2 more “true-crime” sizzle reels for Netflix and ID-Discovery, as well as another scripted series for Netflix. He also develops branded content and actor showcase reels.  He is the CEO and Executive Producer at BossMediaGroupLLC.com with his creative partner and Head of Development, Sophia Rose. Greg. Sophia, and Boss Media group are currently looking for new talent to develop and sponsor in hopes of creating a new platform for artists and actors to launch from.
