Justin interviews Dr. Alfred Osborne, who is Sr. Associate Dean of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and faculty director of the Harold and Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and Sheri Adams, owner of Adams Consultants which offers highly tailored, business consulting and coaching.

Dr. Osborne is an advisor and director to public and private companies including Kaiser Aluminum, Wedbush, Inc, and the First Pacific Advisors’ Capital, New Income, International Value and Crescent Funds, among others. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on entrepreneurial and corporate governance issues and is an occasional expert witness in matters involving the fiduciary duty of officers and directors of corporations.

Sheri Adams has been an entrepreneur for nearly 30 years. She formed and managed successful businesses ranging from software to fashion to gourmet chocolate, starting with the architectural design firm for the Sydney Opera House. She spent fifteen years managing accounting and law firms before starting Adams Consultants in 1991. Sheri is a frequent lecturer and speaker on entrepreneurship at universities and conferences.
