Victor Parker is responsible for the delivery of SBA programs and services to aspiring and existing small business owners, SBA lenders and partners, which include business advisory services, capital access programs, entrepreneurial development, international trade development and contract procurement assistance.

Ben Raju is responsible for the outreach, recruitment and retention of SBA lending partners. He also oversees lender activity and is the primary liaison for Los Angeles District Office’s growing network of lending partners. Additionally, he is the District’s International Trade Officer, assisting Federal, State and Local partners in providing businesses with access to capital and promoting U.S. business opportunities for exports and imports.    

The Los Angeles District Office serves Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties.
