Today I want to issue a challenge to you. I want you to think about how you can live more simply.

Over the month of October, my blog and this show will be talking about how you can simplify your life. I'll have a new challenge for each day of the month (even Halloween!). But we need to get geared up for it, and so I'd like to give you my big picture ideas about what it means to live more simply.

I'm just like you. I've got kids at home, laundry to do, and errands to run. But I don't want a to do list to take over my life, and so I'm thinking about how to simplify. Will you join me?
