A pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, James Greenblatt MD has treated patients with complex behavioral and mood disorders since 1990.

Dr. James Greenblatt is chief medical officer and vice president of medical services at Walden. He provides medical management, leadership and oversight of Walden’s eating disorder and psychiatric programs in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Georgia.

Through three decades of practice and research, Dr. Greenblatt is an acknowledged integrative medicine expert, educator, and author.
 As a board-certified child and adult, psychiatrist, Dr. Greenblatt has lectured internationally on the scientific evidence for nutritional interventions in attention, mood, and eating disorders, as well as Alzheimer’s Disease and other psychiatric illnesses. He is the author of six books on integrative psychiatric therapies and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at both Tufts University School of Medicine and Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine.
