Do you say "No Excuses!" as a way to positively motivate yourself and others to take action?   Are you offended when people tell you to "Stop making excuses!" because you feel that you have valid reasons for your choices?  Can one person's excuses be another person's reasons to justify their choices and vice versa?

Excuses and reasons are words that are sometimes used interchangeably to communicate why we have taken or not taken action.  However, each word has a different meaning when it comes to defining motivating factors for success on your own journey.  Listen as LaKisha shares practical definitions of excuses and reasons and how each have affected her own journey.  Discover which banner she is choosing to wave to keep moving forward and achieve her dreams.
