March 14, 2012 - Register Thigpen sued MERS, the document processing company Lender Processing Services, and several banks and loan servicers, using as evidence the contents of his register of deeds’ office. Here’s an excerpt from the press release:“Our office uncovered an abundance of falsified, forged, and fraudulently executed mortgage documents,” said Thigpen.

*Chris Wyatt is a former Executive with Litton Loan Servicing/Goldman Sachs. Over the past several months, Chris has been attempting to assist a number of Ocwen homeowners’ who have, among other things, been unsuccessful in obtaining copies documents related to the servicing of their loan.
