What did Jesus talk about?

Leaders and laity alike are discussing & communicating irrelevant information. What do I mean....We talk about who is not called to a particular office e.g. (Apostle,Prophet,Preacher,Teacher,Evangelist,Ursher,Minister of Music, Who is & who is not shouting in the Spirit of Christ, who is & who is not being phony with the Lord, Who is & who is not false,who is & who is not using correct grammar,why people are lying?, why people play with the Lord etc... It is altogether unproductive, counterproductive,biblical error and wasteful!!! What do think????
