Acceptance...You are where you are supposed to be

In every moment, in every situation that is uncomfortable there is a lesson. Pain is God's trumpet call to a sleeping humanity. Touching a hot stove tells you to take your hand off the burner. Being uncomfortable in certain situations in your life lets you know it is time for change. Instead of resenting the situation, it is possible to embrace it and learn from it and grow. Instead of seeing it as your enemy, see it as your friend- the messanger. But now you may ask- What is the message? WHEN YOU KNOW THE MESSAGE AND TAKE THE RIGHT ACTIONS, YOU WILL BE IN STATE OF CONTINOUS GROWTH. This is called conscious suffering- Accepting what is in your life right now, warts and all, acknowledging the reality of it and seeing difficult situations as opportunities for growth. Every rose has it's thorn, but with every thorn comes a rose. When you learn to see beyond the thorns, you develop the gift of spiritual sight.

 

In every way that your soul needs to grow, your being will call forth situations to experience your weaknesses. Whatever you are afraid of will be called into your life in one form or another, in order for you to grow. So you are experiencing exactly what you need to experience, for the growth and perfection of your soul. When this principle is realized as truth, suffering ceases to exist, because it is transformed into self-knowledge.
