In this episode, Kim Cutlip, executive director of the Scioto Foundation will interview past board chair, co-visonary and one-of-four "Founding Fathers" of the University/College Access Network(UCAN) program, Wayne B. Wheeler, M.D. The UCAN project was created by Cutlip in 2005 with the object of helping students plan, prepare and pay for college. Listen in as they discuss the past, present and future of UCAN; as well as the lasting affects of creating a college-going-community in Scioto county.
