Specifically Jen will be providing an overview of the unclaimed property laws and review of key terms and definitions. She will discuss the reporting requirements, the risks of noncompliance, the audit process, as well as offer brief overview of the ongoing Delaware Voluntary Disclosure Agreement (VDA) Program with a June 30, 2014 deadline for enrollment.
