Is it acceptable for a 'woman' to hit (negatively touch) a man? Is it acceptable for a 'man' to hit (negatively touch) a woman?

Some people believe it is acceptable either way.....some people believe it is "not" acceptable either way under 'any' circumstance.....and feel as though a 'man' and 'woman' should walk away before anyone is provoked to 'negatively touch' hit the other person.

I know 'every one', if they are pushed to the limit, will 'negatively touch' someone once they are pushed towards the cliff of 'harassment, annoyance, degrading, disrespect, being 'negatively touched', beat down, mentally abused and defending  themselves.
