I believe that what every person wants, is to know that who he or she is right now, is more than enough. To be madly, deeply and passionately in love with themselves, their bodies and their lives. But for most of us, that just isn’t the case. Why? Because we stop ourselves from living the lives we desire, in favor of living the lives that we think we should. The world tells us that we need to snag that perfect relationship, lean into our career, lead an Instagram perfect life, & be a certain age, size, and shape in order to be worthy. But striving to meet the expectations of others never leads to true happiness or fulfilment. In fact, it creates stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, burnout, and numerous mental &physical maladies.
