Donna Doss-Spicer is the Founder/CEO REJOICE! Talent Agency and REJOICE! Performing Arts Studio Performing Arts Studio of Fayetteville, North Carolina. REJOICE! was started as a Dance Ministry that steadily catapulted into a full performing arts curriculum over a fourteen year span from 1996 to the present. During this time, she became a Certified Dance Instructor as well as earned her BA in Business. Along with eight other instructors, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Swing, Body Conditioning, Runway Modeling, Acting, Full Drum Set, Classical Piano, Violin, Guitar, and Vocals are taught in excellence REJOICE!
