In 2011, Is A Difference In Political Views Cause For Assassination? If my knowledge of history serves me correctly, the last person who was assassinated because of their political views was NYC Councilman James Davis in July of 2003, before him was Robert Kennedy in June of '68, before him was Martin Luther King in April of '68, before him was ...Malcolm X in February of '65, before him was Pres. Kennedy in November of '63, and before him was Abraham Lincoln in April of 1865. And now we have an assassination of a judge and 5 others killed, and an attempted assassination of a Congress woman because of their political position. What is going on in this country? What's happening to our democracy? Are we in a regression, moving backwards as a nation? Is a difference in political views cause for assassination? If so, then who's next?
