A slew of performance artists are hitting town for the 7a*11d International Festival of Performance Art. ROYNATION is going to dinner with a bunch of them and will be reporting back on what to expect and who to expect as well as the table manners of an international group of artistes!

Jordan Tannahill Playwright/filmmaker and his partner, actor William Christopher Ellis, are opening a storefront cinema and performance space called Videofag in Kensington Market (187 Augusta Ave). The first show will focus on the ROYNATION guests Kids on TV and the former barbershop will now be dedicated to the creation and exhibition of video, film, new media, and performance with a queer, Toronto focus.

Living in 10 Easy Lessons is an exhibition featuring the collaborative work of Linda Duvall and Peter Kingstone. Living in 10 Easy Lessons comprises short instructional videos, a public poster series and take-away publication that engage ten women as they teach the artists skills they use in their everyday lives.
