Is D.C. Transforming Bill of Rights into No Bill of Rights?

The circumvention of the Bill of Rights has been slowly diminished since the Clinton administration and has been re-written with new laws under the guise of new names that are in complete opposition to freedom and liberty, sovereignty, and capitalism, free enterprise, as lawmakers trample on the Rule of Law based on their political activism, not the Rule of Law, which they deny, but actions speak louder than words.

The question is if the American people can restore and save the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights.  The U.S. Military is alleged to being used as civiian law enforcement which would lead one to as if this is how Obama intends to build his "National Civiian Security Force" to police the American people?  As, there isn't any other reason for such action, in my opinion. The American people are witnessing their 4th Amendment rights, due process of law, the only protection from tyranny, except for the right to bear arms, being suspended and denied.  In fact, they have witnessed unarmed Americans being indefinitely detained, doors busted down without search warrants, and unarmed Americans and foreign leaders assassinated who were placed on a secret hit list, which is unprecedented, in the U.S.A.  Every American should be calling their congressman and asking questions and demanding answers. 202-225-3121
