Has Justice Roberts Always Favored Obama & Kagan?

Rose Colombo, author, published award winning columnist, writer, producer, and Pro-Justice Coach and Advocate asks the question if Justice Roberts voted to deny the Freedom to Choose because he has favored Obama since 2008 when he denied Philip J. Berg, Esq.'s eligibility lawsuit which would have clarified Obama's true identity and citizenship as required by Article II, which he failed to uphold in her opinion.

Roberts failed to recuse Kagan with full knowlege, and willingly and in agreement knowing she and Obama's relationship created a serious Conflict of Interest.  The only duty of a Supreme Court Justice is to uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution.
