Science shows clutter causes stress. But how do we unload it? 

Nicole Gruter is a professional organizer, artist, performer, and writer. Her personal downsizing experience over a decade ago led her to create her business Positive Space. She shares her organizing knowledge with passion, empathy, and humor and believes that what we own and how we own it affects our life’s joy and purpose on earth. Advocating simplicity is part of her mission.
