Are women responsible for the behavior of todays men?

Statistics shows that over 50 % of today's households are being ran by single parents. So is it right to say that women could be possibly responsible for the behavior of men. We are not debating this, but simply are looking for opinions. What do you think? Could we say that women are responsible for raising the male child alone, and be responsible for his behavior....How do she know what it is like being a male?
