Leading Life Large - I began to think a lot about what it meant to be authentic.  If it were merely about telling the truth, most people would have it wired…though I know many struggle with even that.  Authenticity seemed riskier than that to me and I did some research and found a TED talk on the issue delivered by Brené Brown.  In it she described authenticity as ultimately being the willingness to be vulnerable. Tune in!
