It's the God In Me

When we think of those who are devout Christians, we immediately think of those who are kind, compassionate, giving, honest, truthful & trust worthy; Those who live by the word of God, bearing no judgment of those around them; those who are of encouragement of others; they are loyal and cleave only to their husband or wife, and infidelity is never part of the deal in their relationship; They also believe that prayer changes things, and practice daily devotion and meditate for change.   

But for the most part, we have those who claim to be Christian or people of God, who lie, cheat and deceive; there are those who go as far as committing adultery with members of their own church.  They rarely pick up the bible nor spend time in meditation, but can holler and praise dance on Sunday morning.  And let us not forget those Christians who are drenched in jealousy and envy, and cannot be happy for another’s accomplishments, good fortune or blessings… The list goes on and on.
