Colleen experienced the painful (and ugly) effects of burnout in her life and career, where it almost cost this seasoned nurse her job on more than one occasion. 

After getting caught up in the Rat Race, she took back control and got relief from the burnout that had taken over her life.

Colleen now guides nurses and other professional women to feel alive again, leading them out of the burnout that is affecting their lives mentally, emotionally, and physically. She works with them to take back control of their lives (personally and professionally), return to balance, and regain what is really important to them: time for themselves and their families.
