What KD's injury truly means to OKC and the rest of the Western Conference

Kevin Durant is a player in the NBA seen by most as the second best player in the league. Many believe LeBron James is the best, myself included. So when an elite player goes down for a title contender in Oklahoma City, does that mean their chances of winning are over? Durant's right foot injury will sideline him about two months to start the season. With him not being in a uniform until potentially January, do the Thunder have to worry about not only winning a title, but making the playoffs in the loaded Western Conference?
