Racial Warfare & Intimidation via lynchings:

Every 28 Hours In America, A Black Person is a victim of genocide, murdered and "lynched," by an agent of the state, known as law enforcement.

However only certain murders i.e. "lynchings" are shown? Then masses of Black people respond, however, looking weak and making attempts to defend the circumstances, against a "giant" police force and military who really controls the scene and  who in the end either arrest or tear gases the masses, discouraging your attempts of victory against them?

These acts are LYNCHINGS! 

What are the reasons for a lynching?

Who is the targeted audience and why are the targeted?

Are the modern day, televised "lynchings" intentional, 
a conspiracy and a warfare tactic against the community?

What must be done to prevent and end the 28 cycle of 
Black genocidal extermination in this country?
