Woman, with whose authority do you preach?

Through out the years there has been a lot of controversy concerning woman preachers. Some say we women are not supposed to preach. Many women have felt persecuted and have given up on their calling because of what people of certain beliefs say. Most of what is said is being said because they ignore the word God, customs and traditions. What did Paul mean when he wrote to the Corinthians? I invite all woman preachers to participate on this segment. And men of God also.
