Job loss is personal, and in order to be job ready, it is important to acknowledge and work through those natural feelings of loss. Many of these feelings anger, frustration, and sadness, cannot only saturate those jobless days, but eat away at motivation and self confidence, which can ultimately affects the search for a new job and  long term happiness.
