Sonia Lee is a founder of Leeward Real Estate Investments whose mission is to provide real estate investment opportunities to everyday people so that they can have passive income and create long term wealth.  Sonia has over 15 years of experience in real estate with a wide breadth of expertise in different classes of asset as well an in-depth knowledge in construction and property management.  Currently, she manages over $30 million in real estate assets internationally.  She holds a BS in Economics & Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
