Children with Different Abilities

Host Silvia Casabianca chats with Eliana Tardio who came to this country looking for the best possible care and environment for his first son who was born with Down's Syndrome. A few years later, she gave birth to her daughter who also was born with Down's. Eliana's love has led her to understand that children with special needs do not have dis-abilities (they are not disabled, she says), they have different abilities and tons of love.
