IT Professionals can deal with a lot of stressful situations depending on their work scenario and their current perspective on those particular scenarios. One thing can be very frustrating is when an End User takes it upon themselves to perform IT related tasks without approval of the department. Their are many different versions of stealth IT and I will talk about a few of them and how to best deal with them in the workplace. I will also have CIO Ted Hicks join me to talk about it from a real world perspective and how he deals with it in his organization.
