Let's talk about California Framing.  Ever wonder how your house is put together? Wood framed walls. How do those guys make it look so easy. What once was a dirt lot, is now a wood framed house with a trussed roof in only a few short days. WOW. Those guys are fast. Here's a clue. Production!There's no time for standing around a water cooler . No extended break times or doing that 'Lunch Thing'. No, no, no, no, no! We have to get it done, or we won't have a job in short order! And we're talking every day and sometimes weekends if we can get an inspection Monday morning.
