Strength Like Yours~Maurice McFadden

A native of New York City’s The Bronx, Maurice’s understanding of life’s complexities has been whetted by the various artistic pursuits in which he steeped himself during the past twenty years. During that time span he worked at Vibe Magazine; created P.O.R. Management to aid the development of artists. In 1997 he and his brother founded an independent label, Fo The Fam Entertainment, focused on r&b, hip hop and gospel music; its success came with artists like Tangela and P.O.R. He is a member of ASCAP as a songwriter.

Maurice expresses the strongest affection for his immediate family, particularly parents and grandparents and cites his many transgressions in dealing with others, as well as touching on the uplifting effects of his entry to the Christian religion.
