Miseducation and Indoctrination Toward Servitude; 2. Inequitable Health and Wellness Care Administration and Disease Prevention Services Administration; 3. Systemic Punitive Wealth Denial and Poverty Gratification; 4. Systemic Inequality Administration of Judicial Justice and Penalty Allocation for Criminal and Non-Criminal Behaviors; and 5. Denial of Independent Sovereignty Rights and Willful infection of African Cultural Deprivation Syndrome.
