Continuing from last weeks lesson. In the book of Gen. 21:9-21. In the lesson we read about Ishmmael and Isaac. There were several revelations discussed concerning the two boys that I felt was very necessary to eliberate on just a little bit further. Point number (1). The boys were of full age and could clearly understand the seperation taking place among their parents. (2). The bitterness that Ishmael must have caried after being evicted by his father and left for dead. (3) Haggar's attitude provoked the situation. (4(. God promised Abramham that he would bless the child for his sake. And that he did! Ishmael is blessed! (5). We also looked at the drama associated with doing things your own way (baby momma dramma).
