"Enter His Rest" Pastor Bob Sparks July 21, 2013

In this message, Pastor Bob Sparks explains to us how to “Enter His Rest;” Pastor Bob lets us know that entering His rest will cause us to rest!! He also lets us know that God has provided and done everything so we can enter into what He has already done!! We can enter into God’s rest without performing; we do not have to try and earn God’s love and His approval - Jesus has already prepared the way for us! Plus, God loved us while we were yet sinners so there is nothting we can do to earn His love - Jesus has completed everything that had to be done to restore us back to God!! 2 Peter 1: 3-4 says:

“By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires” (biblegateway.com - NLT).
