Biodiversity in the Balkans: Macedonia

Emilija Nedelkovska, project coordinator for Slow Food Macedonia joins the program to talk about Macedonia's participation in ESSEDRA. ESSEDRA is a joint venture with all the nations of the Balkans working together to preserve cultural, culinary and ecological biodiversity. Macedonia will be one of the featured participants in the upcoming Slow Food Chesse Festival in Bra Italy. Nedelkovska talks about the many aspects that Slow Food Macedonia is working on to protect and preserve the beautiful food traditions in this Balkan nation.
