At the moment of preparing for this broadcast, we await the decision from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) on granting a stay of execution of Troy Davis to allow his attorneys to appeal his case to them after exhausting all other venues.

This case has not only received state-wide attention, but national and international.
