The Agenda: Last week of 43rd Parliament, policies & more

The week ahead is the final sitting week of the 43rd Parliament. It has been a tumultuous few years for the Parliament with an Opposition failing to deliver on policy alternatives and spending most the time being quite negative.

There are still no policies of substance being released by Tony Abbott's team - the latest one about developing northern Australia is farcical and panders to the more extreme right wing think tanks.

But with this being the final week we can definitely expect some interesting shenanigans - from MPs, the media and right wing groups.
