Who or What is Ego? Do you know your inner child? How do we balance them both?

Tonight we journey into the inner conscious self. We wiil explore our ego and the inner child. We will look at how these energies or elements influence our decision making. How they influence the relationship we have. When we speak is it our Ego or our Inner child? When we are jealous is it our Ego or our inner child? When we want to possess our mate and control them is that our Ego or the Inner Child? When we don't like following instruction or leadership on our jobs, business and our organization in the struggle is it our Ego out of control or is it our inner child out of control? When we feel the need for our mate to cater to our every whim and pampers us to make us feel good is it our inner child or our ego? How can we discipline ourselves to balance the Ego and inner child to benefit us in our everyday life and relationships?
