Quality Improvement - Bringing the industry sectors together

Gary Nesteby, Executive Director of the Iowa Quality Center, will talk about the need to, and the benefits of, bringing all sectors of our economy together to address quality issues. He has spent 30 years studying and applying quality principles such as ISO 9000, Lean, Six Sigma and performance excellence in organizations across the state of Iowa. He also is a a 6 year examiner with 3 years as a senior examiner in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
