Ashida Kim is an internationally renowned martial artist who teaches and lectures on the art of Ninjitsu around the world. He is the author of The Invisible Ninja, Iron Body Ninja, Ninja Mind Control, and many other books.
He began his study of the Martial Arts at age twelve. Due to his father being a career soldier, he had frequent opportunities to attend a variety of Judo clubs. Almost every post, where they were stationed, there was one. At that time, Judo was the only Oriental system available to western students. While attending the university, Ashida added the repertoire of Shotokan Karate kicks and punches to his arsenal of Judo throws and wrestling holds. He studied human anatomy, psychology as well as the strategy and tactics of combat. While serving in the Army, he learned Ninja arts of invisibility, Inpo and Tonpo, entering and escaping. He also presumably learned Dim Mak, the mysterious Chinese Art of Deadly Touch.
